How do I properly care for my deodorant stick so that it stays beautiful for a long time?

Due to friction on the lid, slight abrasion can sometimes occur. This is completely harmless – it's best to gently wipe the rim every now and then to keep your deodorant fresh and attractive.

Why is deodorant cream sometimes thicker?

To ensure our deodorant creams don't become too soft in the summer, we use high-quality plant-based waxes. They appear slightly firmer in cooler temperatures. Tip: Apply directly after showering or to slightly damp skin – this allows the cream to spread easily.

How can I get my deodorant stick out of the packaging more easily?

Since our deodorants are made from purely natural ingredients, the consistency may vary. Tip: Lightly moisten the stick or your skin – this makes the deodorant easy to apply and just as effective.

What can I do if my skin is sensitive to your deodorant?

Some people are sensitive to baking soda (bicarbonate), which is a natural ingredient in many of our deodorants. In rare cases, this can lead to skin irritation. We recommend discontinuing use of the deodorant until your skin has calmed down. If you still want to use baking soda deodorants, you can neutralize the effect with a little apple cider vinegar. Alternatively, we offer sensitive deodorants without baking soda, which are specially developed for sensitive skin. Feel free to email us about this.

What to do if the paper wrapper comes off the deodorant?

Our paper tubes are plastic-free and biodegradable. In a previous batch, the sleeve could come loose—we've since improved this so your stick stays stable until the end.

What can I do if I encounter difficulties in the online shop?

Our shop is regularly updated to offer you an even better shopping experience. If something isn't working as usual, it often helps to refresh the page or clear your browser's cache (or use a private page). If you still encounter problems, please contact us directly – we'll take care of it immediately to ensure your order goes smoothly.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

At the end of each of our newsletters, you'll find an "unsubscribe" link. You can easily unsubscribe with just one click. If this doesn't work for technical reasons, just drop us a line – we'll take care of it right away.

What do I do if I can no longer log into my customer account?

We updated our shop a while ago. Therefore, some older accounts can only log in again with a new invitation. Don't receive the password email in your email program? Just drop us a line – we'll send you the invitation and quickly set up your customer account again.
