2. Eligibility and period of participation
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 years and over residing in Germany. The participation period runs from 13.08.2025, 10:00h, until 14.09.2025, 23:59h.
By participating, participants accept these terms and conditions.
Commercial companies acting on behalf of third parties and employees of JM Nature GmbH are excluded from participation.

3. Participation method
Participation is by:

•an Instagram post (photo or video) with the BEN&ANNA refill deodorant stick (property of the participant), •Tagging the account @ben.und.anna in the post,•Naming three people in the comments or in the post with whom the participants would travel immediately.

Alternatively, a photo with the BEN&ANNA refill deodorant stick can be sent via Instagram direct message to @ben.und.annaAre sent.

The winning photo and thus the winner will be chosen by an internal jury.
Submitted images will not be published or reused for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Images submitted via direct message will be deleted after the competition ends.

4. Profit and settlement
The following prize will be awarded among all valid entries:

•Return flight for two people to Mallorca (airport, flight times, and airline are determined by the organizer). •Hotel stay for two people in a hotel selected by the organizer (2 days/2 nights, double room, Mallorca, Spain). •Total value: approx. EUR 7.

The trip is expected to take place between 22.09.2025  and the 05.10.2025 The organizer reserves the right to change the travel dates. The prize is non-transferable, non-cashable, and compensation for differences in value is excluded.

The winner will be determined on 15.09.2025Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours, including their full name and home address. If no response is received, a replacement winner will be selected.

Multiple entries will not be considered. Should the prize be unavailable for unforeseeable reasons, the organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative.

There are no costs for the winners to receive their prize.

Privacy Policy
The protection of your data is important to us. Processing takes place exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As part of the competition, we do not collect any personal data other than the information you share publicly via Instagram (e.g., in posts or comments) or send us via Instagram direct message if you participate.

If you participate via direct message, the submitted image will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. The image will not be used for advertising, published, or shared with third parties. It will be deleted after the competition has ended.

Only if you win will we also collect your full name and home address to deliver the prize. This data will be processed exclusively for this purpose and deleted after the statutory retention periods.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures).

6. Third-party rights
Participants may only submit content for which they possess the necessary usage rights. Third-party content may not be used without their consent.

7. Exemption
Should the content submitted by the participant infringe the rights of third parties, the participant shall indemnify the organizer against all claims, including legal defense costs. Further claims for damages remain unaffected.

8. Exclusion from the competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, attempts at manipulation, or the use of unauthorized tools (e.g., bots, fake profiles). In these cases, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed.

9. Cancellation or modification of the competition
The organizer may cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseeable circumstances arise that make its implementation unreasonable. These include, in particular, technical problems, third-party interventions, or legal requirements. Claims arising from these circumstances are excluded.
