1. Eligibility:

All persons aged 18 and over who have a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate.

Ben&Anna employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2. Participation period:

The competitions start on December 01.12.2023st, 31.12.2023 and end on December XNUMXst, XNUMX. The exact participation period for each competition is indicated under the post.

3.Conditions of participation:

Participation is by fulfilling the specified conditions of participation, which are stated in each individual post of the Ben&Anna Advent Calendar competition on Instagram or Facebook.

Each participant can only take part once per competition.

Participation requires acceptance of these competition terms and conditions.

4. Prize determination and notification:

The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.

The winners will be notified within 3 days of the closing date via direct message on the platform through which they participated.

Winners must contact us within 3 days of notification to claim their prize. Otherwise, a new winner will be chosen at random.

5.Winnings:

The type and number of prizes are stated in each individual entry in the Ben&Anna Advent Calendar competition.

The winnings are not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

The prize will be sent by post. We will do our best to ensure that all winners receive their package as quickly as possible.

6.Data protection:

Participants agree that their personal data will be used to administer the competition.

The participants’ data will be deleted after the competition has ended and will not be used for any other purposes.

7. Miscellaneous:

The legal process is excluded.

The competition is in no way connected to Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook.

8. Organizer:
