The competition is being run by JM Nature GmbH through the Ben&Anna brand.

2. Participation period
The competition begins with the publication of the post and ends 24 hours after publication.

3. Participation requirements
To participate, the following steps must be completed:

   - Like the giveaway post
   - Follow the Instagram account @ben.und.anna
   - Tag two friends in the comments

4. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.

5. Determining the winner & notifying the winner
The winner will be chosen at random.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the end of the competition.

6. Response deadline
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be re-awarded.

Privacy Policy
Only the data necessary for the competition will be used for participation.
These will be used exclusively for processing the prize draw.
